My name is Robert D. Shoesmith, and I’m the CEO of Shoesmith Life Cycle LLC.
For more than 20 years, I’ve worked as a Senior Information Technology Specialist, delivering Tier III-level technology and security support to clients who couldn’t afford for things to break — and couldn’t afford to wait when they did. Over two decades in the field, I’ve built deep expertise in:
- Software and hardware installation
- Device upgrades and replacement
- System configuration and remote access
- Mac OS X and iOS systems and applications
- End-to-end security support
I founded Shoesmith Life Cycle LLC to take everything I’ve learned in the enterprise trenches and put it directly into the hands of small business owners, creators, and individuals who need technology to just work.
